How to cope with the stress of the new year

When you’re ready to celebrate, you’ll be able to relax and relax well.

Here’s how to cope.

For some people, it’s a very scary time.

But for others, it’ll be a great time to reflect.

Take some time to remember the people who’ve made you smile.

Find a good friend, or someone who makes you laugh.

Find someone who’s helping you make a new start in your new year.

Take advantage of the holiday season If you’ve made some friends this year, and you want them to make new ones, make some gifts for them.

Take time to think about what they’re really excited about and what they want to do with it. 7.

Be mindful of the holidays and make time to be with friends It’s important to take the time to relax before the holidays, and to have a great year.

Do some things that make you smile It’s good to have some activities that make your day a little brighter.

If you do something for yourself, be mindful of what you’re doing and how you’re contributing.

But with some good luck, you can find a good job.

Find something you love doing, or something that you can do well.

The holidays are still around, and if you enjoy it, it will be good to remember.
