How much do psychology professionals make?
The psychologist profession is booming in the US, but there are some questions about the salaries paid to the top tier.
A recent survey by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) found that the salaries of the top 5% of psychologists rose by $1.8 million in the first six months of 2018.
However, there are no clear answers about how much they actually make.
There is no official minimum salary that psychologists should be earning, and there is no set benchmark to measure their productivity, according to the American Psychological Association (APA).
What we do know is that the average salary of a psychology professional is more than $60,000.
That is up from $57,000 in the 2016 survey.
There are several factors that contribute to the rise in pay, including higher turnover rates, higher salaries, and greater opportunities for advancement.
However it’s important to note that these figures don’t take into account other benefits psychologists receive.
Psychologists receive the same level of pay as a medical doctor, and can also get paid to work on projects with the Department of Defense, or with an international organization.
In some cases, these bonuses are given to employees in exchange for their services, such as in the case of psychologists working in foreign countries, according the APA.
In general, psychologists work on a rotating basis, and in 2018 they were working on about 20 projects.
Some projects were so important that they went beyond their usual work, such the Department’s Office of Science, Technology, and Innovation, which received an additional $1 million in compensation.
However some of the biggest pay raises were not made in 2018, but in 2019.
That’s because there were some projects that went beyond the usual work.
In 2017, the APAP surveyed the APS, the Society for Clinical Psychology (SCP), and the Society of Humanistic Psychology (SHP) to get an estimate of how much psychologists make.
These surveys are conducted annually by the APSA and are funded by the Association for Psychological Science (APPS), which is the nation’s largest professional society for psychologists.
The APPS also offers salary reports.
In 2018, the survey revealed that psychologists were making $67,000 a year on average, a 3% increase from 2017.
That number jumped to $70,000 on average by 2019.
However there were many variables that contributed to the pay increases.
There was a slight increase in turnover, which contributed to a slight drop in the average hourly wage, which was down from $56.30 in 2018.
In addition, the number of psychologists hired each year has risen from 12,000 to 14,000, and the number working full-time has grown from 1,000 people to 1,500.
Finally, the average number of clinical psychologists hired per year has increased from 1.5 to 2.5, a 10% increase.
Overall, psychologists have been able to keep up with inflation and the cost of living in the U.S. However the APPS has a number of suggestions for how to fix this problem, which we’ve listed below.
Expand training programs and research.

Educate employees about the psychosocial processes that influence their work, and to work in teams that are collaborative, inclusive, and respectful.
Expand clinical resources.
